"Ticket Distribution Details:

1. Ticket distribution method: Register by phone, then pick up the tickets at a designated location.

2. Each registrant or phone number can only register once. Repeated registrations will be disqualified.

3. Priority will be given to residents of Kwai Tsing District. Each eligible registrant will receive two admission tickets. Quantity is limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal of No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal at or after 12:00 noon on the activity day, the event will be canceled without separate notice.
